At Sweet Bouquet by Anna, we take great care in preparing and packaging our handmade marshmallow bouquets and gift boxes to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
Local Courier Delivery
We offer local courier delivery for marshmallow bouquets and gift boxes within a 10-mile radius of Lytham St Annes.
Free local courier delivery is available on orders of £50 or more within this area.
Please note that local courier deliveries are not available every day. Delivery dates and times are arranged individually based on courier availability. Before placing your order, please contact Sweet Bouquet by Anna to discuss and confirm the most suitable delivery date and time. This helps us ensure that we can accommodate your preferred delivery requirements and provide the best possible service.
While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery schedules, delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Royal Mail Delivery
At this time, only gift boxes are available for postal delivery via Royal Mail.
Due to their delicate and handcrafted nature, marshmallow bouquets are not eligible for postal shipping and can only be delivered through our local courier service or by special arrangement.
All postal orders are carefully packed and prepared for dispatch by Sweet Bouquet by Anna. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products leave our premises in excellent condition and may photograph orders before dispatch as evidence of their condition.
Once an order has been collected by Royal Mail, responsibility for the handling and transportation of the parcel passes to the carrier. Although we are always happy to assist customers in resolving delivery issues where possible, Sweet Bouquet by Anna cannot accept liability for delays, loss, breakage, or damage that occurs during transit with Royal Mail.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist with any claim or investigation.
Weddings, Events and Large Orders
For orders valued at £200 or more, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions, delivery arrangements are discussed individually with each customer.
Depending on the requirements of the event, Sweet Bouquet by Anna may be able to provide:
Dedicated courier delivery;
Delivery outside our standard local delivery area;
Venue delivery and setup;
Placement of bouquets, gift boxes, and displays at the event location;
Delivery at a specific requested time.
Delivery charges for large orders are calculated individually and depend on several factors, including:
Distance to the venue;
Location of the event;
Timing requirements;
Setup requirements;
Size and complexity of the order.
In some cases, delivery may be provided free of charge. In other cases, an additional delivery and setup fee may apply. Any applicable charges will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before the order is confirmed.
