RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been delivered as ordered.

In accordance with UK consumer regulations, perishable goods are exempt from the standard cancellation and return rights that apply to many online purchases.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Each item is carefully inspected, photographed where appropriate, and securely packaged before dispatch.

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that orders leave us in excellent condition, we cannot control how packages are handled during transit by third-party delivery services. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the item so that we can investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

DELIVERY AREA

At this time, we only ship within England. We do not offer international shipping and cannot process orders with delivery addresses outside England.

For orders over £50, we may offer free local courier delivery within a 10-mile radius of Lytham St Annes. Local delivery is available on selected days only and must be arranged in advance by contacting us at annatunikova@gmail.com. Availability depends on location, scheduling, and operational capacity.
