Ingredients

Our handmade marshmallow flowers are made using:

  • Sugar
  • Apple juice
  • Egg whites (EGG)
  • Golden syrup
  • Agar-agar
  • Cornflour
  • Citric acid
  • Natural vanilla flavouring
  • Food colourings (natural fruit, vegetable and berry extracts, with approved food colourings where required to achieve certain shades)

Contains: Egg.
May contain traces of: Milk and nuts.

Our marshmallow flowers are handmade in a home kitchen with a 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating.
While every care is taken to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, this is not an allergen-free kitchen. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before placing your order.

Storage

Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Keep your bouquet in its original box or another airtight container to help preserve its freshness, flavour and delicate texture.

Our marshmallow bouquets have a 14-day best-before period when stored correctly.
Best before: See date on the packaging.

Marshmallow is naturally low in free moisture, which means it does not spoil as quickly as many fresh desserts. When stored correctly in an airtight container, it may remain enjoyable beyond the best-before date, although it will gradually become firmer as it slowly loses moisture. For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying it by the best-before date shown on the packaging.

Do not refrigerate or freeze, as this may affect the texture of the marshmallow.

Safety

Every marshmallow flower, leaf and berry is fully edible.

All flowers in our bouquets are attached to food-safe cocktail sticks. Please remove the sticks before eating and supervise young children while enjoying the product.
